Komori presses

We have today (4/2/10) announced the sale of our 'conventional' printing machinery business to Ferrostaal Australia. This sale encompasses the heavy equipment side of the business including Komori Printing Presses, Wohlenberg Guillotines and Perfect Binding Lines, Baumann Handling Equipment and Osako Saddlestitchers. Ferrostaal will be assuming full responsibility for all service and outstanding warranty obligations.
